Introductions, apologies and substitutions
The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting. Apologies were received from Angela Burns, Suzy Davies, Lynne Neagle, John Griffiths, Simon Thomas and Bethan Jenkins.

3 Discussions with the Children's Commissioner for Wales
The Committee discussed the Commissioner’s future agenda.
4 Inquiry into Child and Adolescent Mental Health - Next Steps
The Committee discussed the work that Professor Dame Sue Bailey and Carol Shillabeer have been conducting on CAMHS.
5 Forward work programme - Scoping paper for next inquiry
The Committee agreed the terms of reference for their next inquiry into the Welsh in Education Strategic Plans.
